i am SOPHIE.

i come from two places at once. french heart. luxembourg roots. a life shaped by contrast. precision and poetry. discipline and devotion. ambition and tenderness. stability and adventure. today I live in luxembourg with my family. for almost a decade. i lived and moved through europe’s great cities. paris, london, warsaw, brussels. studying, working, loving. growing into the woman I was becoming.silently gifted by yoga practice. since a child, as a life guide. i trained in law. built a career inside the corporate world. and work for more than fifteen years now with a european institution. devoted to building a stronger europe. i learned structure. performance. responsibility. and before i learned how to listen to my body. i learned how to outwork it. as a former competitive swimmer and triathlete. i developed endurance. drive. the ability to push. i became what so many high-functioning women become. a perfect little machine. career. children. commitment. a mind that never stopped. a body that kept saying yes. until it couldn’t. burnout stopped me. not gently. but completely. and what felt like breaking. became remembering. remembering my humanity. my vulnerability. my worth. not the worth i could prove. not the worth i could earn. but the quiet truth. that simply being myself is enough. from head to heart. through nature. my yoga practice built over years. breathwork. meditation. i learned to regulate. to stabilise. to stop living in survival. i let go of patterns that were never mine. stories that kept me small. beliefs built on perfection. i learned to act again from my heart. with more trust. more tenderness more joy. and i discovered something quietly revolutionary. change is possible. since 2020 i have been studying with rod stryker one of the world’s leading yoga and meditation teachers. in 2024 i completed my yoga teacher training. including nidra and meditation. i am an internationally certified coach since 2022. and also an ayurveda health advisor since 2026. rooted in ancient wisdom. i hold space for people who want to slow down. self-regulate. breathe deeply. we do not transform from the outside in. we grow. we glow. from the inside out. this is the work i live and share. a sustainable rhythm. a safe nervous system. a life that feels true. if something inside you is whispering. there has to be another way. you are not broken. you are not behind. you are not too late. you are simply ready. and i would be honored to walk beside you. with trust. with tenderness. with truth. with love.
